5 Million Long Life Test Probe Mass Production Empowers High Efficiency Photovoltaic and Semiconductor Testing

To address the core testing requirements for photovoltaic modules and semiconductor chips, domestic manufacturers have developed a series of long-life test probes with a service life exceeding 5 million cycles—more than five times the industry average. These probes feature a "coated" composite structure with hardness above HV600. Optimized through finite element analysis, their elastic design ensures stable needle tip pressure between 50-80g, guaranteeing testing accuracy (error ≤0.5%) while preventing damage to solar cells or chips. Currently supplied in bulk to leading photovoltaic enterprises and semiconductor manufacturers, these probes have been implemented in a 10GW annual production line, saving over 2 million yuan in annual operation and maintenance costs.
