Recently, Precision Kewa Alloy and Glass Packaging Seals have achieved large-scale production of 145GHz ultra-high frequency RF connectors. The product demonstrates insertion loss ≤0.3dB/100mm, impedance error controlled within 50Ω±1Ω, leakage rate ≤1×10⁻¹⁰Pa·m³/s after encapsulation, and insulation resistance ≥10¹²Ω. Capable of long-term stable operation across a wide temperature range of-55℃ to 125℃, its performance meets international advanced standards. Featuring a gradient impedance matching structure design and micron-level precision turning technology achieving 0.003mm ultra-small dimensional tolerance, this core technology breaks foreign brands 'monopoly in high-end high-frequency fields. The technology has been successfully applied to products like sealed through-pass feed insulators, compatible with special scenarios including high-vacuum testing equipment and spacecraft communication systems, establishing the company as one of China's few enterprises with R&D and mass production capabilities for such products.
